ABOUT US.

Long Lake Anesthesiology was founded in 2004 by Dr. Chaput and Dr. Evans, two experienced anesthesiologists providing service at Unasource surgery center in Troy, Michigan.  Currently, our company has grown to 9 anesthesiologists and over 80 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) at 5 different locations in Michigan.
